The responses further highlight the sentiment of teachers coming out of U.S. Colleges of Education: “it’s teachers’ responsibility to arouse their students consciousness to seek for the equity and justice” [Emphasis is the author’s]. Under this pedagogical system, students are encouraged to idolize revolutionary terrorists and thugs. The question is, should teachers engage with good teaching and timely feedback or encourage students to become activists and culture warriors?
